Pricing & Workflow

Regular Projects:

Introductory Consultation (~30-60 min): Free. Discussing your scientific concept and visual goals.
Production Rate: 125€ per hour. Includes 3D modeling, texturing, and animation, video editing and file output.
Rendering: Free. I utilize my own hardware; no extra “render farm” fees for standard projects.
Project Management: Free. Refinement meetings and sync-calls are not billed (Includes up to 2 revision meetings. Further meetings billed at hourly rate of 50€ per hour).
Rights: Transfer of full usage rights to the client in the agreed delivery formats.

Fixed-Price Projects:

For projects with a clearly defined scope I can provide a flat fee quote.
Example: A single journal cover, including 2 rounds of revisions and final delivery in all required formats.

Case Study: 3D Scientific Animation:

This example reflects a typical workflow for a 60-second scientific video.
